Customers may self collect at any Inc Outlets. No charges applicable.

Shipping Rates For International Purchases

International deliveries are sent via Standard Airmail. Please email us to check the rates for your destination country. Please note that customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

Returns

Any request for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Please call or email to request for your exchange. Please note that items that have been washed, worn or altered cannot be exchanged and we do not refund shipping fees.
